Please read our terms and conditions carefully before completing your order, when you place your order with us you are agreeing to these terms. You/your refers to yourself, the customer. We/us/our refers to 'Slideshow of Memories'.
1. Data Protection
We promise to respect your privacy and confidentiality and will not pass on information about you to a third party. We will hold the master copy of your slideshow and scanned photos for 30 days from the date of completion of the slideshow presentation and photo to CD transfer date. This will allow you approximately 4 weeks to order any more copies.
2. Copyright
You must ensure the material does not infringe on any third parties copyright, patent or trademark. We reserve the right to refuse any work that may already be copyrighted material, or for any other reason at our discretion.
3. Loss or Damage
We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to your photographs/documents/cds/memory stick whilst in the hands of the postal service. We will ensure all items sent to us will be well looked after and returned to you in the condition in which they were received.
4. Your Responsibility
We reserve the right to refuse material at our discretion. Please do not send obscene/offending material. 'Slideshow of Memories' make slideshows for family viewing.
5. Faulty DVD or CD
All DVDs and CDsare tested prior to dispatch. On the Order Form we ask you to nominate which type of DVD you would like your slideshow recorded on +R or -R to ensure your DVD player will play your slideshow upon completion. If however your copy of the DVD does not play, we ask you to return it to us and we will replace it free of charge.
6. Complaint
If you are not satisifed with the finished slideshow or CD and we did not follow your instructions properly, please return the DVD or CD and contact us to see if we can rectify the problem.
7. Music
Music plays an important part in your movie, please choose carefully. The 'right' music can just give your film that extra 'something'! Please supply your CD(s) with your chosen tracks (these will be returned to you). If you don't have the music you require we will purchase it for you.
8. Delivery
We aim to deliver your Personalised Photo Slideshow order between 2 - 3 weeks and 1 week for your Photos to CD order from receipt. This may change due to workloads and seasonal variations, if we do have any delays we will inform you and advise a completion date. Estimated date of dispatch will be confirmed with your order confirmation we send you by email. If your order is not available for delivery after 30 days you are entitled to cancel your order and receive a refund of monies paid to us.
9. Payment
Orders will be processed at the current prices at the time of ordering. Payment for your Personalised Photo Slideshow is at completion time once you have approved the slideshow. Payment can be made by money order or credit card. We will send you an invoice if paying by credit card. The invoice can be paid via PayPal. You don't need a PayPal account nor do you incur any fees iin using PayPal.
10. We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
