Slideshow of Memories specialise in transferring film negatives, slides and photos to DVD. Over time film negatives and slides fade and become fragile. Capture those special moments to DVD before it's too late.
We use professional-grade scanners to ensure the best quality for your photos. We digitally scan your negatives and slides at 2400 ppi (equivalent to a 7 megapixel camera) or 4800 ppi (equivalent to a 30 megapixel camera) and your printed photos at 300 ppi or 600 ppi. Our scanners includes DIGITAL ICE and DIGITAL ICE Lite Technologies, which removes dust and scratch marks from colour film and slide scans with incredible accuracy. Scanned negatives, slides and photos can then be transferred to CD or DVD as JPEGs or TIFFs.
If you have old photos which are in need of restoring due to deterioration or damage such as a tear, cracks, creases, folds or stains in most cases we are able to restore your photo to it's original glory or even better as photos over time lose some of their quality and colour.
We can remove blemishes, wrinkles, a person, an object or add a person without affecting your original photo. Your photo is scanned and the scanned image is restored. Both of these images are burnt to CD for you.
